Hello and welcome to the Member Nominated Director (MND) Portal

Your Pension Scheme Trustee is currently seeking nominations for TWO Member Nominated Directors to be elected to join the Trustee Board by the Active membership.

If you have recently received a letter from the Trust Company headed ‘Are you our next Member Nominated Director (MND)?’ then you qualify to be nominated and in turn nominate one other qualifying member. This Portal has been created to facilitate the application and the supporting nomination process.

In the navigation bar above, and the buttons to the right, you will find supporting information including background information about the Scheme, the role of a Trustee Director and an application process timeline.

How to apply

To apply for the role of MND you will first need to be nominated. This online process is relatively simple - to get started click the MND Elections button below.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • A short biography (maximum 150 words) which will be used as your election statement if a ballot is required;
  • A passport-type head and shoulders photograph (typically 35mm x 45mm and 300 DPI) which will accompany your election statement;
  • Details of any other positions you currently hold which may give rise to potential conflicts of interest or duty; and
  • The details of two other Active members of the Scheme who will support your nomination (you will be required to provide their email addresses); and
  • A declaration that you satisfy the eligibility requirements for appointment as an MND (as set out in the MND policy).

The deadline for receipt of applications is Noon on the 15th March 2018
